There is a need for safer work environments, and that will only come with education and change in EMS culture.

At the conclusion of this period, the participant will be able to:

Be able to appreciate the environment that we create in the workplace.
Be able to implement lessons learned from the course into their initial and ongoing education courses.
Be able to incorporate the program into FTO and other programs
Be able to understand the need for an entire module dedicated to a S.A.F.E. in all levels of EMS education.
Appreciate research in the area and what it compels us to do as instructors to prepare our students and EMS team members.
